Reasons for Meltdowns

• power surged unexpectedly and the reactor's emergency shutdown failed

• Poorly constructed coolers do to a rushed job and lack of efficient knowledge

• Over heating and flames• Equipment malfunction

Conclusion

Nuclear energy is a nice thing to understand and use but we as humans need to also understand that if we are to utilize things so dangerous we should be triple if not quadruple checking all work as to make sure things are running properly and that everything is built to code if not built better.
