Join us for networking and fun at the Grand Opening event. This evening, a Pirate from days of old will be on the exhibit floor posing for photo ops! Please be sure to visit the exhibitors on the floor to thank them for supporting our meeting. We couldn’t do it without them!

TOURSThe following tours have been reserved on Thursday, November 13, Friday, November 14, and Saturday, November 15, 2014. Each tour group will meet in the main lobby of the Ritz-Carlton prior to departure. You are encouraged to pre-register for tours when you pre-register for the conference, as spots will go quickly. On-site tour registration will take place at the hotel on Wednesday, November 12 from 5–7 p.m. and on Thursday, November 13 between 7 a.m.–5 p.m. and will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Payments can be made on-site at the hotel for any tours that have not been pre-registered or pre-paid.

Tour Time: 2:30–4:30 p.m. Cost: $52—includes transportation, cruise tickets, guide and driver gratuities, and all applicable taxes.

For runners and walkers, come and run or walk! Or, if you prefer, be a sleepwalker—stay in bed and contribute $30 to the Section’s Foundation in support of

education and research grants for residents.

Enjoy the Island while getting your daily dose of exercise and a morning scenic jog along the beach! Whether you choose to beat the clock or enjoy a leisurely stroll while watching the sunrise, the choice is yours. We know that when you are done walking or

running the beaches of Amelia Island, you will be happy that you did.

As the race begins at 7 a.m., it will be the ideal setting. The sun is set to rise at 6:53 a.m. with the low tide still in effect throughout the event. We invite you to arrive 30 minutes prior to the race to register and warm up.

You can pre-register for this event when you pre-register for the conference on the website or you can register on-site. Prizes will be given to the top 3 male and female runners.

Designed by Mark McCumber and Gene Littler, this Amelia Island golf club’s breathtaking landscape is as beautiful as it is challenging.

Meticulously maintained greens, strategically bunkered fairways and the ever-shifting ocean breeze ensure no two rounds are ever the same.

You are invited to bring your own golf clubs or rent from the Golf Course (please indicate if you require right or left handed clubs).

You can pre-register for this event when you register for the conference or you can register on-site upon arrival at the

hotel. Please pick up your information packages for the golf tournament from the registration desk when you arrive for the conference.

Note: For those guests who are bringing their golf clubs, your clubs will be transported to the golf course prior to the tournament.
