FACILITATOR’S NOTE

Valuable input regarding NRSP and its environment will be gathered from a series of individual interviews and sittings with selected members of NRSP leadership mainly with Ms. Salma Khalid (Programme Manager).

Academic materials will be used for the purpose of helping participants to identify and understand conflict. More over to provide techniques for improving conflict resolution and help participants to resolve conflicts and build a climate of internal cooperation within their organization.

At the end of the session we would able to address following major issues relating to conflict management few of them are enhancing gender based comfort level and openness within the staff, mediating and resolving most employee disputes, to broaden staff’s comfort zones, and to link these things to performance enhancement and organizational success eventually and how conflicts can be change into success.

Finally, the entire workshop builds on the deeply engrained training philosophy of the trainer which encompasses a smart and interlinked usage of multiple tools backed up by real-time exercises to reinforce skill practice.
