Sir, It is proposed to be filled-up the vacant posts of GDSMM as mentioned below under the Unit of Sub Record Officer, Durgapur RMS, Durgapur-713201 of RMS ‘WB’ Division, Howrah- 711101. Particulars of the Post is detailed below:- 1) Name of the Post- GDSMM 2) No of vacancy - 01 3) Community break-up –UR-01, SC-X, ST-X, OBC-X. 4) The Post is admissible for time related continuity allowance (TRCA) of Rs. 2295-45-3695 plus DA as due from time to time. In this context, enclosed please find-the application pro-forma (annexure-A), list of self attested documents to be enclosed with the application (annexure-B), followed by the eligibility conditions (annexure-C) , other conditions (annexure-D), Proforma of undertaking(annexure-E). You are requested to sponsor/nominate eligible candidates,as per requirement of the post before the undersigned along with application in the prescribed proforma & other documents enclosed(as applicable), as per Annexure ”A” to “E”. The last date of submission of nomination together with duly completed applications from the eligible candidates will be the 31.03.2016. Incomplete applications or application forms received after the due date i.e. after 31.03.2016 will be rejected straightway without assigning any reason. The sealed cover containing the application should be super scribed on the top of the envelope by “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF GDSMM UNDER THE UNIT OF SRO, DURGAPUR RMS,” addressed to “ O/O The Sub Record Officer, Durgapur RMS, Durgapur-713201” and should be sent only by the Registered post/ Speed post. Application sent by other than Registered post/Speed post will not be considered and it will be straight-way rejected.

    In pursuance of Dte’s Comm. no. 17-39/2012/GDS dated 16.09.2015 circulated through Circle Office No. Rectt/R-100/GDS/2015 dated 22.09.2015, Dte’s Comm. no 17-39/6/2012/GDS dated 14.01.2015, & 17-15/2015-GDS, dated 07.05.2015, circulated through Circle Office No. Rectt/R- 100/GDS/2015, dated 25.08.2015, applications are invited from eligible candidates as per enclosed application pro-forma (annexure-A) for filling up the vacant posts of GRAMIN DAK SEVAK MAIL MAN (GDSMM) as noted below under the Unit of Sub Record Officer(SRO), Durgapur RMS of RMS ‘WB’ Division, Howrah-711101 in accordance with the provision of Department of Posts, Gramin Dak Sevak (Conduct and Engagement) Rules, 2011 as amended from time to time.
