Dear Sirs: Please be advised the followings, in order to assure the comfortable stay and use of the house at Lake Saiko. 1. Please remove the sheets and linens used and leave them near the

washing machine. Please do not leave the used linens as they are, such as on the bed. The cleaning lady will find them easy to wash and dry.

2. Please put the garbage into two kinds of bags, burnable garbage and un-burnable garbage, the instruction of which you can find on the kitchen table and leave the garbage bags inside the house. Dogs and cats try to eat garbage bags if left outside near the entrance.

3. Please make sure to switch off the gas heater of two bedrooms, floor heating panels near the bathroom and near the second floor toilet, dish washer, and other electric appliances.

4. In principle, pets are not allowed in the house. 5. You are supposed to take off your shoes at the entrance. In the winter time usually after the second week of December, we need to remove water from the plubming system in order to prevent freezing. When you open the storage door, under the stairs, you will find three rows of green, red and yellow buttons in the panel on the wall. Please press three red buttons after you open all the water faucets ; at kitchen, bathroom etc., when you leave the House. Also make sure to complete dishwashing before you press the buttons. While the dishwasher operates, and you press the buttons, this would cause freezing the system for sure. We experienced this before. Simply pressing red buttons may cause rupture in the faucets

because water in the faucets is frozen. When you come to the House, please reverse the process, that is to close all the faucets and press three green buttons. Your cooperation assures no problem of frozen pipes. Please advise the above to your co-renters. Your cooperation shall be much appreciated.
