THE NORMANDY HOTEL TRIBUTE NIGHTS 2014TERMS, CONDITIONS AND BOOKING PROCEDURES

AccommodationAccommodation charges are payable at the time of booking. Single Room Supplements apply. Guests who are attending the event but do not wish to book accommodation via the main party organiser are able to do so with full payment due at the time of booking.

CancellationCancellations received within 21 days of an event taking place will not be refunded or transferred. Cancellations received outwith this period will be given a partial refund less a £10.00 per person cancellation charge. This charge also extends to any booked accommodation.

Payment MethodsFull payment is due at the time of booking. Provisional bookings will not be accepted. Payments will only be accepted from the Main Party Organiser. Cheques should be made payable to the Normandy Hotel and will not be accepted within 10 days of an event taking place.

Group Dining / Seating AllocationGroups of Less than 12 guests may share a table with other parties. Seating requests will be taken but cannot be guaranteed.

Drinks Pre OrdersDrinks Pre Orders will be accepted until 48 hours prior to your event. Drinks Orders will be on your table for arrival at the Event.Pre orders must be paid in full at the time of booking.

GeneralAll tribute events are for guests aged 18 and over. A £1.50 per booking admin fee applies to all phone bookings. No admin fee will be charged for online bookings at www.normandytributes.co.uk

DisclaimerThe Normandy Hotel cannot be held liable should the booking agent exercise his right to substitute a suitable alternative tribute act if the billed performer/s becomes unavailable. The Normandy Hotel reserves the right to cancel any event. In this circumstance an alternative date or a full refund will be given. The Normandy Hotel reserves the right to operate bag searches & refuse admission.

Dress CodeThe Normandy Hotel operates a dress code for all events. Trainers and T Shirts are not permitted at any event.
