About the Practicalities..
What to bring with you?As you`ve seen in the Agenda, we`ll have a party/more parties and some extra
activities (like sauna* on Sunday) so.. COME PREPARED!!
- sleeping bag (if you`re not from Helsinki**)- a mug, your laptop- some treats from your country - food, drinks, games,.. (for the Nordic Village, on Friday)- a tie/a bow (for the SUIT UP! Competition, on Saturday)- swimming suit (if you`ll join the sauna, on Sunday)- ENERGY! and COURAGE! to try and embrace a new AIESEC eXperience!
How to get here?As you already know, all the sessions/parties are going to be held at the
DESIGN FACTORY (Betonimiehenkuja 5, 02150 Espoo)
If you are an awesome international arriving at our conference, then please make sure to search for your way to the Design Factory/your host on the site
WWW.HSL.FIThe address of the Airport is Vantaa Airport. One ticket will cost 4,5 euro (from
the Airport to the Design Factory).

AccomodationIf you are a Made-in-Helsinki AIESECer - our lovely and caring OC doesn`t provide any kind of accomodation for you:[
If you are an Awesome-International AIESECer comming to the conference- we already took care of you! :hurray:
BUT if you still don`t know who`s going to be your host- SEND Shanshan/Miha an E-mail asking for details! These two sexy will assist you in your journey!
FoodOur OC promises you 2 things:1. We`ll always have cookies/carrots/coffee and apperitives for you to have a snack/breakfast.2. We`ll try to cook delicious dinner for you to have a full stomach ready for the party! As you can see, the LUNCH is on your behalf!
Fee(s)Since we decided to cook the dinner for ALL THE PARTICIPANTS- the fee for 2 dinners + 3 breakfasts + numerous snacks will be 15 EURO.Do you want food and ready to pay 15 euro? Let us know here!
