INTIMATION

The following 1201 applicants as per the list annexed, who have applied

through online for recruitment to the post of Typists in this Office in pursuance of

Notification No. HCE 30/2009 dated 13.10.2015, are hereby directed to re-enter

correctly the required information such as marks obtained in Degree (i.e., maximum

marks of each semester/year and total of marks obtained by them in all the subjects

including Languages/ maximum marks and marks obtained in all subjects in Diploma

in Commercial Practice (DCP) of all the year/semesters, if they have passed DCP,

maximum marks and marks obtained in Kannada and English Senior Typewriting and

photo, if not uploaded, within 15 days from the opening of online facility, to

consider their candidature for recruitment to the post of Typists.

Further, you are required to furnish the documents i.e., Photo, copies of

documents such as Degree marks cards/DCP marks cards/SSLC Marks card/English

and Kannada Senior Typewriting Marks Cards/Caste Certificates/certificates claiming

any other reservations/ No Objection Certificate from the employer, if presently

working and all these documents should be duly attested by the Gazetted Officer.

The documents should reach this office through Speed Post or by Muddam, within 15

days from the receipt of the Intimation Letter, failing which your candidature will be

liable for rejection.
