(a) Clearances: Please attach copies of any clearances or permissions you have obtained to show us you have the rights you need to make and enable NITV to broadcast the film. This might include things like licences or rights assignments for music or other original material that is not you own, or location filming permissions, or agreements with actors or presenters.

You don't have to provide all of your clearance documents with this proposal, but if you are successful NITV will need to see them before we can contract with you and release any money.

NITV will usually provide funding in the form of a presale that gives us the right to broadcast the program.

How much are you requesting from NITV?

You will also need to attach a draft finance plan (see checklist below) setting out all sources of finance including name of source, amount and status (confirmed or proposed). Note that all agreements for third-party funds must be finalised before NITV can contract you.
