Hello, my name is Nina.

I’m a fourth year honours Bachelor of Architectural Studies student, currently spending my semester in Rome, Italy. I like buildings, books, and big breakfasts. Hopefully we can bond a little over our collective appreciation of well-designed spaces and warm croissants.

Excited to meet you.

MEMO RE. NINA WANG 2015-10-14 To whom it may concern, It is with pleasure that I write to provide an account of my experience of working with Nina during her tenure at Kearns Mancini Architects. Having worked with Nina for over six months, I can say that she is a talented designer, with a strong eye for detail and a determined sense for quality in execution. Working in tandem or individually, Nina enthusiastically took on tasks assigned to her, managing complex detailing duties, balancing roles between designer and coordinator, and generally addressing day-to-day project development tasks. Her collaborative skills, her care for a higher level of quality in design and construction, and her fastidious approach to each task, were all refreshing qualities that made working with her a pleasure. I believe that she would make an excellent addition to any team working on projects of great or minor scales. While working with me on the creation of a Construction Documentation set for an Interior Fit Out project, Nina had displayed a consistent degree of focus, dedication and attentiveness to the tasks assigned to her. She was consistently able to undertake coordination tasks assigned to her, was careful to seek clarification when she required it, did not stray from instructions, and was able to follow through on feedback given, while improving the quality of deliverables where necessary. Nina had consistently demonstrated a professional and collaborative attitude when working with both colleagues and clients, ensuring that all the project stakeholders could effectively contribute to a great project outcome. I was also glad to observe Nina engaging in opportunities to learn new skills, while still paying attention to details and producing deliverables on time. She displays a fair degree of curiosity about building science and was open to learning about good drawing practices. Furthermore, Nina had demonstrated an ability for effective written communication when liaising with clients and consultants. With this in mind, I gladly provide my recommendation of Nina for a position with your company, without reservation. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me. Regards,

THOMAS NEMESKERI Architect OAA, M.Arch, B.Arch.S, CaGBC, MRAIC
