The iNEXIV automated video measuring system is a compact,lightweight benchtop machine with extended measuring height,sophisticated measuring software, and vision, laser, and touchprobe sensor technologies for easy and repeatable measurementsof your parts.

• iNEXIV models incorporate a Long Working Distance objective with a 10x zoom optical system for both wide field of view at low magnifications and superb resolution at high magnifications.

• The space saving compact design has a footprint of 2,000 mm x 1,000 mm and a height of 740 mm (minimum) with a Z-axis stroke of 200 mm.

• The rigid CAE design incorporates lightweight materials to minimize weight (157.8 lbs), yet it boasts a stage travel of 10” x 8”.

• High speed and accurate height detection are supported by vision autofocus, laser autofocus (option) and touch probe (option) sensor technologies.

• White LED light sources are employed for reflected, transmitted and 8 segment ring light illumination for improved low contrast edge detection and increased measurement accuracies.

• Vision autofocus utilizes advanced image processing, which enhances contrast with powerful edge detection to insure accuracy and repeatability.
