Shared Services Outsourcing - Fidelity National Financial

Assisted Fidelity National Financial seeking to offshore IT service operations. In scope towers included data center, service desk, network, server, storage, application support, middleware, account management and tools. Reviewed request for proposals and conducted extensive due diligence meetings with two world class vendors. Updated business case and down selected bidders. Monitored negotiations of the contract and provided support to external legal. Created governance structure for new target environment.

IT Integration Support

PMO for a Nationstar Mortgage executing the boarding and project plans for the integration of 1.3MM acquired loans. Conducted discovery survey with 9 IT pillars to identify critical risks and mitigation tactics. Designed, built and implemented program management operating model within the first 2 weeks. Established and executed executive and working team communication strategy plan. Coordinated issues, risks, and dependencies on many time critical projects to facilitate timely resolution. Monitored and tracked integration performance on 50+ critical projects throughout SDLC.

PMO for Wells Fargo Bank supporting the testing and integration phase of the Calypso system which cleared all interest rate and derivative swaps. The testing involved coordination across 54 interfaces in 3 global time zones. Created detailed project plan for parallel testing and sign off consisting of 2000+ activities in a three week time period.

Valuated and acquired over 10 Billion dollars of Mortgage loans from numerous Fortune 500 and large capitalized banks Lead due diligence teams, negotiated purchase and sales agreements and lead the conversion boarding of loans onto the servicing system. Created specialized loan servicing and recourse agreements for many large retail lending corporations based on pricing and complex analysis of their financial strength.

Marketing and Business Development – 21st Mortgage Corporation

Managed a team of 9 business development managers to increase revenue by over 200 Million in retail lending operations. Created and approved specialized products and recourse agreements for manufactured home dealers, consumers, banks and land lease communities. Built and maintained a database consisting of 35,000 records for strategic marketing campaigns. Lead the future development of the database to create scorecards and new functions. Attended trade shows to find new clients. Reported new trends and recommended products for the CEO to approve.

Manufacturer Representative – 21st Mortgage

Marketed retail and commercial lending products to all national manufactured and modular home builders. Created a database that stored all the marketing information for over 300 plants. Generated add on business though database analysis of current customers and prospects working closely with these manufacturers.
