A rare and highly lucrative position has just been created for an exceptional Director Level Recruitment/Search Specialist to take over the running of this established Search division and join the Senior management team.
One of the most prominent firms ,operating solely within property related markets in the UK, now seek a Senior Search Director to lead and develop their existing practice. As a Director you will join the Senior Management Team and alongside the existing Directors and Head of Interim, will extend and strengthen an already impressive portfolio of campaigns with high-profile firms.
This role would suit a proven senior-level Search Consultant / Recruiter within any Property or Construction discipline that has ambition to take the leading role in an established business that will grow into an equity holding Directorship. While you will be responsible for winning and managing your own portfolio of work, you will also inherit the existing portfolio of clients and the current team, with a remit to expand the business with more Researchers and Search Consultants.
