Dear Maam Darl,

I was absent of my duty for ten working days past week January 5 up to 10, 2015, because the babysitter of my 2 years old daughter went to her home place, and not to come back, and I was the only person around to watch and to take care of her. Therefore, I had no choice but to stay home and take care of my daughter. I was supposed to take the responsibility as a parent or a father of my baby, but not to against my duties and responsibilities as a bank employee.I deeply apologize for the absence and inconvenience I done and would be willing to accept the punishment to be given from Branch manager, COO or from OPS. Hoping your kind consideration.
