Flat Deck Roof Rack SystemsNew Concept of Safer and more Convenient HD Roof Racks

A great concept of flat deck construction using a unique HD aluminium extrusion provides many benefits overconventional design roof racks.

The aluminium slats that form the floor have a channel that allows almost unlimted mounting options to ensureloads are independently secured rather than via use of ropes , straps or nets etc. These channels are presenton both the upper and lower faces of the roof rack cross bar slats meaning accessories and equipment can besecured either side of the flat deck. Extra height legs/feet are usually available to create more room under therack for accessories such as Ladders, S/Steel Camping Tables and Solar Panel mounts.

With no side rail necessary due to each item being secured independently, the loading height is reduced. Thisoffers improved access to car parks and off-road plus reduces wind drag (better fuel consumption)By securing items seperately as distinct from using boxes or crates, lifting weights can be reduced. Usinglatches and bolts to secure items avoids the risks of poorly secured loads due to poor knots or tie down strapsbecoming loose etc.
