Performance Indicators
Goal I I-b Each year 5% increase in students
reaching advance level of proficiency in each level
I-a 100% of grades 1-9 will pass each of proficiency/off year test
I-c There will be a 5% increase each year in seniors graduating with honor diplomas

Average of all proficiency and off year test for, grades 1-9
(new cut scores for off year test start 1999)
