• Turner Construction Company selected as General Contractor

• Environmental Impact Report certified on May 19 by unanimous vote of City Council

• City staff is reviewing construction documents (plans)

• Subcontracts to include compliance with neighborhood and site parking restrictions

• Turner Superintendent to verify and track daily with trade foremen transportation/parking arrangements by their workers

• Violators will be immediately notified and given a warning. Next violation – will be removed from project
