Leading Low-voltage Electrical Component Manufacturer
NDM2Z Series DC Molded Case Circuit Breaker (hereinafter "DC
MCCB") includes NDM2Z type and NDM2ZB type.
NDM2Z type and NDM2ZB type DC MCCBs are suitable for power distribution, circuit and equipment protection in DC circuit, of which rated operational voltage is up to DC250V and rated current is up to 630A, with the function of overload and short circuit protection. Besides that, NDM2ZB type MCCB has short-time short-circuit protection function.

The conventional thermal current of alarm contact is 3A, and the rated operational current is 0.3A under the rated working voltage of AC400V.
Alarm contact will not operate when DC MCCB operates normally. Only when a free trip or tripping due to defect occurs, the contacts will alternate. And the alarm contact is reset when DC MCCB is re-latched.

Between 35%~70% of rated control voltage, undervoltage
release should operate in security and trip DC MCCB. When
under 35% of rated voltage, it should prevent DC MCCB
from closing. DC MCCB closing is possible only if the power
supply voltage is no less than 85% of rated voltage.
Attention: Only undervoltage release be energized in
advance, DC MCCB can be closed or re-latched. Otherwise,
DC MCCB may be damaged.
Between 70%~110% of rated control voltage, shunt release should trip DC MCCB in security under any operating conditions.
Note: Below shunt controlling loop design is recommended when the power of the controlling loop is DC 24V.KA stands for the relay in DC 24V controlling loop. The current capacity of its contract is 1A.

Operation Instruction
This interlock, which can be applied on the front of every two DC MCCBs, can
prevent simultaneous closing of every two DC MCCBs. It is simply in
construction and easily for operating. It can also be equipped with padlock.
Adjust the location of the rail to make sure one DC MCCB is OFF, and then
fasten the screw avoiding the other DC MCCB's operating way.
The rail can be adjusted and fasten by a padlock with locating element 1 and
2. (Padlock should be prepared by user. Locating element can be ordered as
accessory with DC MCCB.)
Interlock should be fasten on the mounting plate and the supporting bracket.
