Skills and Qualifications Required:

Highly developed communication skills , excellent phone manner, and the ability to communicate

Should be open to work in shifts on rotation basis

MCDST certified qualification highly desired and expected to be completed within 6 months.

Industry experience in the use of a commercial Service Center system, preferably the FrontRange

Strong working knowledge of Windows XP / 7 operating system, all s tandard Microsoft Office

2003 / 7

products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook), and Citrix or Xen Desktop/Applications

hosting.

Ability to remotely ass ist personnel and resolve issues in a timely manner to ensure the

continuing
