For almost 30 years, Jean-Paul has been associated with some of the most luxury hotels in the world, including the Hotel de Paris (Mon-te-Carlo), The Churchill (London), Meliá Bali - The Garden Villas (Indonesia), Six Senses Hideaway (Vietnam), Uma Paro by COMO (Kingdom of Bhutan) and Song Saa Private Island (Cambodia).

His management positions include time in charge of the Boutique Collection, Victoria portfolio supervising development and performance across Indo-China region (Vietnam-Cambodia-Laos) and roles leading operations for hotels opening including duties as the Chief Oper-ating Officer of Victoria Group. Jean-Paul also acted as General Manager of Song Saa Private Island where he was responsible for opening and operating this luxury island resort.

He is actively involved into numerous industry organizations including the International Wine & Food Society. Others professional affili-ations include La Confrérie de la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs and La Commanderie de Bordeaux. This international experience has been crucial in helping Jean-Paul develop his vision of Luxury while working closely with his new business partners.

Stéphane’s 25 years career combines international general management experience with a proven entrepreneurial track record. An inno-vative thinker with experience over 4 continents in process and business development, he gained expertise in the first half of his career as an operational consultant and as General Director of packaging companies from Japan to Vietnam.

In 2004, Stéphane founded Natural Rendez-Vous, one of the first natural cosmetics companies in the world. The company, with its full R&D capabilities, specializes in developing formulations with 100% natural and active ingredients, focusing on essential oils based creations. His scientific background and expertise in packaging have allowed him to combine his love of natural and effective formulations with the creation of elaborate designs to showcase them. Entering the luxury scene with Natural Luxury Collection has always been a dream for Stéphane, pulling on all the know-how of Natural Rendez-Vous in innovative formulating, designing and manufacturing to create exclusive products.

Peter’s experience in the Fragrance industry and its periphery spans over 35 years in a number of executive positions throughout the world, from General Management to Regional, Senior and Corporate Vice-Presidencies in Sales, Marketing, Creative Development and Internation-al Operations. Peter’s passion for creativity found its inspiration in multi-cultural environments and in such destinations as Switzerland, the UK, Germany, the Philippines, Hong Kong, the USA and beyond, for companies such as Givaudan, the leader in the industry, Haarmann & Reimer (now Symrise), Ungerer, and International Flavors & Fragrances. Throughout his fragrance career, and with his in-depth understanding of cultures and geographies, Peter has helped his clients discover, unlock and realize hidden value in their brands by advising, sourcing and producing their fragranced products or services around the world. By blending strategy and identity into the design of fragrances, he has delivered results beyond traditional deliverables to become the foundations of sensory brand and luxury experiences.
