technical, or empirical aspects of many related issues.

is being held on 24 – 25 July 2015 at Jawaharlal University, New Delhi. Through this conference we are targeting
to share and analyze principles, models, theories, standards challenges, and legal and social issues of LIS. There are multiple
libraries all across our country, but we need to take a step towards their protection and also towards preservation of st
librarianship, which is possible through a mutual discussion on the problems of the 21 century and their solutions, on one
platform, which we shall provide in the form of National Conference on Emerging Trends in Libraries & Librarianship.
Abstracts, research papers, articles, video footage, images, and other forms of print and digital media will be made available by
to the general public on an open access platform. would be publishing Abstract Compilation, Proceedings
and Special Issue of Journal of Advanced Research in Library & Information Science. Authors or creators are hereby
granting an exclusive license for the publication of their presented articles through the copyright submission,
including the exclusive right to publish, distribute, or communicate, their original submitted work in any ADR publication(s),
whether in an online, electronic or print format, be that in whole, partial or modified form. All publications and digital media
produced for the conference will be openly archived in the Journal of Advanced Research in Library & Information Science.

All accepted papers will be subjected to a blind review process. The authors of accepted papers will be given the certificate of
acceptance of research paper. In order to get registered for the conference, full paper submission is must. After submission and
selection, participants may submit their request for excluding their full paper from the website repository if required. Kindly
note that only way for submitting the abstract/ full paper is by sending email to the conference email id

ADR Publication will publish the conference abstract proceedings of all the selected papers with ISBN in hard copy format.
Subsequently it will be in their global repository also. The full paper copyright will be with ADR Publications. If author
accepts, full paper will be uploaded in the NCETLL conference website repository.

registered for the conference, you are encouraged to submit a full paper for inclusion in the official conference proceedings
