Napa Lemon Bars Recipe

Crust Ingredients2 c. flour c. powdered sugar1 c. butter
Lemon Curd Ingredients2 large lemons1 c. sugar1 Tbsp butter, melted4 large eggs2 tsp vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350
Sift flour and sugar. Add melted butter and work with hand to form dough. Press into a 9x13 pan. Bake 15min.
Grate zest from lemons and squeeze juice.
Whisk together sugar, butter, eggs, juice, and zest. Add vanilla and pour lemon mixture over shortbread. Bake 20 min. Let cool.
Dust cooled lemon bars with powdered sugar for look. Cut into squares or triangles, top with blueberries or strawberry halves. Enjoy !
