I have had adequate training that made me able to qualify for the job. I have undertaken all the necessary studies and practices in childcare. Through this process, I have been able to gain all the knowledge that I need in handling children. It will therefore, be easier for me to handle the children. I also relate positively with children. This is one strength that led to having passion in the career which is also my strength. Therefore, it will be easier to handle the children and understand their needs. I did not require anyone to motivate me to pursue the career. There are many centers that offer child care services and are looking for applicants. This might be a good opportunity whereby I can jump start my career. The facilities are close and therefore there will be no any problem when it comes to transportation. There are parents in the region that need their children taken care of at their homes. Some even go ahead to form groups and this is also a very big opportunity (Daniel, Wassell, & Gilligan, 2010). 3Leveraging strengthsUndertaking any more education that might be needed in the area.Looking for jobs in the facilities and other available options so as to increase my experience.Look for part time jobs before being fully employed to gain experience.

There are more area of studies that can still be covered on the same. Undertaking them will give me more knowledge and experience in handling children. Studies that are related to children can also help in learning other features that children need. Getting full time and part time jobs will also help in leveraging my strengths. There are neighbors who have children in the ripe age to go to school. I can provide childcare when there parents go to work so that I can gain more experience. Spending more time with the children will further my knowledge in the children. To pursue my career, I will need to start working. There are opportunities in the area and taking them will be very helpful. I can also start my own project in childcare and train children for neighbors who have children and feel that it is necessary.
