Dear Customer:

Please find hereunder the status of the Hill County project since my last communication HILL COUNTY COMPLEX:

As on date, we have handed over 228 independent houses and 199 units to apartment

owners.

Number of customers are taking delivery and possession on regular basis for moving into apartment complex. As on date 32 Families have occupied the apartments in 8 Towers viz. Nainital, Darjeeling, Shimla, Mussoorie, Khandala, Ooty, Munnar & Manali and we are expecting 10 more families to come and occupy their apartments before end of May 2014.

All the indoor & outdoor games including the Swimming pool are operational. The Library and Mini Theater are also ready for use for the residents. Membership registration for Club house has commenced in full swing and close to 100 Families (320 members) have already enrolled themselves and have started using the facilities. APCPDCL: Individual meters and as on date we have fixed meter in all Bungalows/Villas. For apartment towers as per APCPDCL guidelines, the meter will be fixed once the transformers are charged which is expected to be energized by end of May 2014.

MedPlus has also set up its outlet in the Hill County Township effective 1st April 2014.

We have finalized Skins Saloon to set up a Unisex saloon in the Club House area. We are also in the final negotiation with Café Coffee Day to set up their outlets in the Hill County premises.

Admissions have begun for Kindergarten & Play School at Esperanza which would be

operational in Hill County community from 1st of June 2014. For admissions you can get in touch with Ms. Dimple on mobile number +91 8008715760.

We have been in the final negotiations with Balaji Grand Bazar for settling up a store in the community.

The Gas banks provisions for the respective towers have been made ready. Gas Meters will be installed as and when the customer occupies. The KYC form needs to be signed prior obtaining the Gas connection by respective flat owners.
