Some nice sunny days I see paragliders gliding. (This makes sense to me.)

Some nice sunny days there are no paragliders. (Why Not?)

Some cool/cold evenings I see paragliders. (Why?)

Why are there no paragliders on some sunny days and why are there some paragliders on cool/cold evenings?
