From standby / idle mode:

Action Selection Settings

Press Menu

Select My Messaging

Select Broadcast Message

Go To Sim1 Broadcast Message

Select Receive Mode On

Leave Read Messages

Select Languages

Choose English

Press DonePress Save  Yes

Press Channel Settings

Choose Select

Uncheck All Channels

Press Done

Press Yes

Select Add

Enter  Channel Title

Enter  Channel Title Sun FLASH

Select Option

Press Done

Enter  Channel ID 51Press  Add Channel?   Yes

Select Back 2X

Go To Sim2 Broadcast Message

Select Receive Mode On

Leave Read Messages

Select Languages

Uncheck All Languages

Check English

Press Done

Press Save  Yes

Press Channel Setting

Choose Add

Press Ok

Select Channel Title Sun Flash

Press Options

Press Done

Go To Channel ID 51

Go To My Services

Go To Data Account

Select GPRS

Select Account Name

Press Edit 

Enter   Account Name

Press Options

Select Done

Go To APN

Press Edit 

Enter Apn

Select Done

Leave Username

Leave Password 

Select  Auth. Type

Leave Primary DNS

Leave Secondary DNS

Press Done

Select Add new GPRS account?

Press Back 3x

Go To My Messaging

Go To MMS

Select MMS Settings

Go To Server Profile

Select Profiles

Select Select Account

Press Edit Account

Edit Account Name

Press Options

Select DoneGo To MMSC Address

Press Edit 

Enter  MMSC Address

Press Options

Press Done

Go To Data Account

Select GPRS
