Monitoring of Plastic Moulds tools and dies assembly. Taking trial of new moulds, dies, Tools & fixtures & Part approval at respective milestone. Analysis of development complaints & find out the root cause with countermeasure and quality observation. Trouble shooting in moulds , Tool , Dies corrections and modifications. Quality department observation points closing. To make detailed development plan as per given dead line & fixing responsibility for each activity. Control of molding defects & finding out the root cause with countermeasure. Ensuring follow ups of each activity of the plan, so as to meet the target of development. Product design review meetings from manufacturing point of view. Coordinating with vendors, suppliers for development of new projects. Approval of new development parts at respective milestone. Formulating the product feasibility report and technical review document. Assessing the costing factor of tools and moulds, jigs & fixture with -purchase department. Process checking of assembly fixtures and its validation. Component costing and feasibility study. Overall Tool Room operations and new tool assembly activities. Review priorities with Unit head & Tool maintenance team on a daily basis to provide the required items on time. Priorities fixing to ensure moulds are given back to production as committed. Mould corrections and modifications as per review sheet. Trouble shooting of new mould trials. New mould follow-ups and status review. Enquiries with suppliers on feasibility for manufacturing & delivery Development of mould design to mould assembly keeping the committed T0 dates as per macro plan. Review Quality department observations. Identify and approve quality of Mould bases / Tool Steel / Mould Accessories / Standard Parts like screws / springs / Ejector pins / sleeves for mould build. MISUMI / HASCO Standards. To ensure follow up of each activity of the plan so as to meet the target of development. Process review meetings from manufacturing point of view. Approval of trial bills and local purchase bills. Identify access and establish sources for special steel treatment process like Vacuum hardening, TIN coating, texturing and surface coating etc. Review training requirements for Tool Makers and Machinists based on the periodical measures. Daily mould history card monitoring & maintaining after trials. Assessing the costing factor of tooling accessories with purchase. Ensure all the procedures followed in getting the materials from established suppliers and the payment is made to them within the agreed period. Control of all tool room basic machines and job planning According to the priority. New project allotment for each toolmaker. Daily review meeting with tool makers against the tool assembly list for completion of pending works.
TPM In depth knowledge in break down maintenance preventive maintenance predictive maintenance I have involved in achieving Zero defects, Zero breakdown and Zero accidents in all organization function.
