JAKA Towers Office BuildingMakati City, Philippines
Located at the heart of Makati City’s financial district this monumental building was conceptualized and designed by HOK for JAKA Corporation. As an in-house Project Architect, I participated in the project construction day to day operations by reporting project issues to the Construction Manager, attend project meetings to address various construction issues in regards schedules, and prepare weekly progress report to the Owner. I also coordinated specialty design works and organize presentation meetings.

Participated in the in-house design and development of this high rise office building for Petron Corporation. This project was conceptualized and designed by SOM for Megaworld Properties & Holdings, Inc. During that time, this 45 stories high building was the tallest structure in Makati City’s financial district skyline.

Appointed as the Project Architect, I participated in the in-house design and development, specifications writing, submittal reviews, and attended regular site meetings during its construction phase.

I assisted the Project Architect in the comprehensive codes analysis and prepare architectural and engineering design and drawings for approval, bid, and construction.
