I would like to thank all the parents for coming to the school PTA General Meeting. The presence of parents showed a high commitment to realize the vision and mission of the school is to achieve excellence in academics, co-curricular and student personality. In addition, together we can find a way to discuss about whatever issues in our schools today.

Teaching is a process of activities especially prepared to bring about changes to students. As a teacher, has done so much practice in teaching and learning in the classroom to be effective and meaningful to students. Learning environment and teaching will become bland and meaningless to students if the quality of teaching and learning is not at a satisfactory level. This is because teaching and learning is a process of knowledge transmission. Thus, teaching and learning practices and assure perfect condition with priority objectives should be clear, concise and easy to understand. Teaching and learning strategies have been designed as best as possible so that the objectives are achieved even teaching students and teachers together will feel at the end of teaching and learning.

While also learning is a process of identification of something that could provide a better understanding to students through a learning process that occurs either formal or informal. Marton & Booth stated that "learning is about how we perceive and understand the world, about making meaning". This shows that the forms of learning can be an abstract principle, information and facts, procurement methods, techniques and approaches to doing something and reasoning. Thus, learning is a change in the behavior of students in the students as a result of its involvement in an educational experience. The primary task a teacher is to facilitate students' learning. To fulfill this task, teachers must not only be able to provide an excellent learning environment and harmonious, but they also create effective teaching. This means that teachers need to create a learning environment that can stimulate students' interest while keeping in mind the welfare and needs of students. Therefore, as educators or teachers, we try to use a variety of methods and approaches in teaching and learning, to produce graduates who are creative, dare to try, diligently as required to produce excellent student

Mathematics learning problems often faced by students in primary and secondary schools also. Students are usually found to be less interested in trying to problem solving questions that are considered difficult. This negative attitude is often a barrier for students to achieve success in mathematics. According to Polya (1957) problem solving is often associated with the use of mathematics in situations where the solution is not so clear procedures or significant. Teaching mathematics in school more emphasis on the understanding of the concepts and skills. Students low achievers showed slow progress in getting and using various mathematical skills. They also have a limited ability in achievement when compared with friends of their own age. The problem in mathematics student discovered still weak in mastering in this subject. The reason is the lack of focus and also requires more attention from teachers. The result will lead to students being left behind. Recommendation for solving this problem is to identify students who are weak in the basic of mathematics through tests and assessments conducted, must be reported to the Recovery Teachers who will guide the students in Class Math Recovery. Rehabilitation Teaching is in stark contrast with the usual learning in the Premier Class. Through Recovery Class, especially mathematics, focusing in particular by the Recovery Teachers is the basic control more focused in identifying concepts such as addition, subtraction, multiplication and division. The students recovery is usually difficult to remember and students understand the basic concepts of simple and that is why the term learning in Class Recovery longer term. A different approach also applied in the Class against Class Premium Recovery. If in the Premier Class, teachers often adopt a variety of approaches such as student-based, based teaching aids and others, but in Class Restoration, only teaching aids based approach is more applicable. Learning primary science has undergone a gradual transformation from time to time to meet the workforce needs of professionals in the field of science and technology in Malaysia. Issues recession the students interest in the sciences, whether at the primary, secondary and higher education institutions are often debated by experts scientists nowadays. This problem occurs because of negative perceptions among the students themselves on the subject of science since primary school. Science learning problems in primary school is the main factor why students are less interested in science subjects in primary schools. The students often stated that learning science and of mathematics is boring. Through their understanding, learning science is intended to ensure that they pass an exam. In the problem in science subjects students found it difficult to understand this subject. The reason is the learning that focus solely on text books only. Consequently, only the students understanding of the text book. Recommendation for solving this problem is to using information technology (IT) which could contribute to effective teaching and thus encourage students to learn. The lessons are based on information technology such as the internet as well. But the parents and families must ensure their children surf the internet properly because most of the children when they are not monitored when using the internet they are easy to access pornographic websites and websites that distract students themselves. In the use of information technologies, every schools has a computer lab provided for use by all students. However, its use is a limited, therefore it is for parents who can afford them can provide internet access at home for use by their children. For the less capable it can use the facilities at cyber cafe shop but they should be monitored.

Problems which the main cause deterioration of science subjects is a lack of interaction or reaction from students. This causes the students are embarrassed or do not want to prominent in class. The effect is students unable to express any questions regarding learning becouse shy and do not know how to interact with teachers who are currently teaching. Recommendations for this problem is to learn the skills of questioning. It is a vital skill in teaching activities where it is among the biggest factors that can build enthusiasm for learning. Establishment of questions given by the teacher shall be accurate, clear and concise. The teacher should treat answers with praise and if the answer given is wrong then the teacher must repair responses. Similarly, the elaboration skills and other skills that must be mastered by teachers in order to attract the attention of students. According Flander (1970), there are two types of interaction in the classroom, namely the interaction between individuals, such as conversation teacher, student and quiet conversation and interaction between the environments. Conversations teachers divided into two direct effects include teacher giving a lecture or criticize either give directions. This is a one-way interaction and student engagement at minimum level. Student conversation consists of multilateral which comprise the reactions and responses of students in which they take their own initiative to engage in teaching and learning process. Silent interaction occurs when there is confusion ensued between the teachers and students and As well to stop the communication failure between teachers and students. How to create an effective interaction in the classroom is held teaching and learning activities that encourage two-way interaction. Teachers can use cooperative and collaborative learning strategies, ensuring a very high student participation in all activities of teaching and learning, using a lot of interesting teaching aids and sophisticated, reward or reinforcement learning interesting and sophisticated. Teachers need to be a generous and giving rewards or positive reinforcement if students are actively involved in the teaching and learning process. Rewards may easily be shaped candy, gifts such as pencils, a ruler or a notebook. Teachers whose leadership style democratic management in classrooms where there is of conducive situation and close relationship between teachers and students. Subjects such as English is good core subjects in primary or secondary schools. Learning English is important because it is a widely used international language in the international community. Mastery of the English language can provide an avenue for studying the science of science and technology, culture, philosophy, literature of nations vary. And with good command of the English language gives a lot of benefits to someone. Given the importance of the English language, the family should give full support and adopt a positive attitude towards learning English language learners. In recent years, often heard that there is a deterioration the subjects of English among our students. This deterioration is often associated with their attitude as disinterest or by saying English is hard. In fact, family factors As well play a very important role in connection with the decline. How attitude, guidance, economic, educational background and family interest on student learning is also very important to the performance of students in schools.

The main problem is difficult for teachers to focus on all students due to large class size or student abilities are not the same. This will result in the student not getting an equal attention. Recommendations for the solution of such problems is to make streaming class, namely the number of students for classes may be cleverer than the class who are not good. In my opinion, the backward classes, the smaller the number of pupils in the class. However, students should plan according to the nature of the material in advance so that it can provide real benefits. We know there are parents who cannot afford to provide additional reference materials for their children. As parents, do not worry because we also provide libraries and students can borrow materials from the library reference. However we hope that these facilities can be used with respect for the library is common use and all materials therein shall be maintained and returned in a timely manner.Ladies and gentlemen.

Different student academic achievement is due to personality factors, cognitive styles and learning styles, gender, health and location factors. This is because each student has their own individual differences. Therefore, every teacher should identify what level of intelligence of the students in the class. This allows teachers to conduct teaching and learning activities according to the level of a student's ability. Measures that can be taken to overcome the teacher is to apply the methods set, cooperative learning, giving positive reinforcement and negative, diversify teaching and learning strategies and diversify materials for teaching aids.Teachers also need to identify and understand any problems that occurred on his disciples. Concern and cooperation of teachers help students who are experiencing this problem of individual differences can produce excellent human capital someday. This is in line with the wishes of the national education philosophy that human capital must be balanced born intellectually, spiritually, emotionally and physically. Teachers not only convey knowledge of teaching and learning in the classroom but also plays an important role in educating and guiding the student be a useful, brilliant and glorious future.
