Go to our website at

http://www.mwhco.com

and click on

MWH Payroll Services

Click on the

Login button to enter

our remote payroll

The employees enter their login & password to enter the

Web Employee feature

Employee clicks on Enter Time to update

the records for the current payroll

The employees enter their time for the period and click

Complete Time

After the employee enters their time, the current period

shows up as completed.

The administrator enters their login & password to enter the

remote payroll portal

The administrator clicks on the company name to view

the current payroll data

To view the data for the current period for all

employees, click on the View Time Entry Report link

From here you can look at the totals, or click on

Extended Short Form to see individual employee data

After verifying all the data, click on Complete Payroll to

finalize the current data

Click OK to send your payroll data to MWH for processing.

After MWH processes your payroll, the employees can

log back into their account to view their check stubs

The employees click on the check stubs to view each pay

periods data

This is a sample view of what each check stub looks like

Inside Web Employee, employees can change W-4

information as well

Employees can change their personal information here
