TYPES OF BOND

Delivery Bond: Detainee is required to appear at all immigration

hearings. The individual is able to spend time with family

and meet with an immigration lawyer prior to the court date.

Voluntary Departure Bond: In some instances, detainees have a given time

period to leave the country.  Once the person has left the country, the

departure bond is refundable, as long as it was paid in full.

b) Cash bond- A family member or friend of the detainee can pay the complete bond amount right to the ICE.
