New Technologies of the Future: The MP3 Player in Goggles

A student at Brunel University created a device that allows you to listen to music while you are swimming. Sam James creates swim goggles with a built-in MP3 Player. It is becoming more and more popular.

The MP3 player is integrated into swimming goggles and uses bone conduction to vibrate music directly to the skull. The sound quality is actually better than in a normal environment because there is not background noise.

This was designed by Nathan Davis. It has a silicone band that you can wear on either your arm or wrist. The screen slides up and reveals transport controls. The sound is transmitted through Bluetooth headphones. It would be great for both runners and walkers.

This is a wireless and Ethernet Light and music system. It has a built in CD player and speakers. It is designed to be applied to any corner in a hose with a projection menu displayed on the wall. A wireless controller comes with it that way you can change the color of the lights as well as control the CD player. The sound menu and Ethernet music listings play from the home computer.

This is a unique table that can entertain anyone. This is hand built by artist Tor Clausen in his Olympia, Washington studio. Each of these tables comes with a collection of interchangeable and re-arrangeable percussion inserts. The tables come in four different sizes. This new technology allows you to make music by hitting the table and a percussion sound will come out. This table is very fun for all ages and is the newest thing in technology.

This device was designed by Antoine Lebrun and Volkan Akbyik. It was designed for the Alacantara Design Contest in 2007. This device allows you to mount a CD Player with touchscreen ability to the wall.

• New technology comes every day, which makes the public happy

• New technology means that things will run faster

• It helps us in many different ways mostly by making our life easier.

Cons to these new music technologies

• Cons– The music industry suffers from the illegal

downloading of music.– With new ways to listen to music means

that people will download music illegally.– Technologies come and go and eventually

these technologies will be old and will be discarded.

When will this Technology come out?

• Some of these technologies are already out, they are just not that well-known yet.

• Some of the other technologies are just being worked on right now. The ideas for the new technologies are just being processed.

• It is uncertain when some of these new technologies will come out, but it will be in the near future.

Technology is always changing especially technology for music. Maybe music technology changes so much because music is very important to a lot of people. Music technology does not just help people to hear music better and more efficiently. It can help soothe people that are going through tough times such as being in the hospital. New music technology also helps musicians, it makes it easier for them to create and play their music. Advances in music technology help everyone.

Music technology has always been approving ever since the stone age, and music technology will continue to approve because music is loved by so many people.
