Mum's black forest cake

Ingredients:- 3 eggs75g sugar

125g powdered nuts

100g chocolate

cherry brandy

cherry's (in a jar)

4 teaspoons maize meal

200ml cream

sachet of whip-it

vanilla sugar

chocolate shavings

butter to grease the spring form

Instructions: - stir the eggs until they're foamymelt the chocolate mixed with the cream

add nuts and sugar

mix it all creamy

put it in a greased spring form

bake it 20 minutes at 220C

Cook the cherrys with the maize meal (save some for the decoration)

let the cherrys cool down

drop a bit of cherry brandy on the cake base

when the cake base and the cherrys cooled down put the hardened cherrys on top of the cake base.

beat the cream mixed with vanilla sugar and whip-it until fluffy and cover the cherrys.

put some chocolate shavings and cherrys as decoration on top
