Welcome to the Samurai Multisport Teamwear Brochure for season 2011/2012.

As we reach our fifteenth birthday as an independent Teamwear supplier our motto of ‘trust us to deliver’ is embedded in our DNA more than ever.

‘Trust us to deliver’ is the perfect statement to show our customers what we are all about. It embodies our commitment to delivering the highest quality products, on time and with the best possible customer service, all while offering a huge selection of high-performance fabrics, colours and manufacturing options.

In 2010, even with volcanic ash clouds and severe winter weather conditions doing their best to intervene and disrupt our outstanding record of delivering products on time, we are proud to say that we were still able to deliver 96% of our customers’ products within the targeted lead times.

Our ambition to become the number one bespoke multisport supplier has been further enhanced in 2011 by the signing of Accrington Stanley FC. Alongside other contracted clubs such as Kent & Glamorgan CCC, the Irish Hockey Association and Exeter Chiefs Rugby Club to name a few, we now call on professionals within a range of sports such as cricket, football and netball as well as rugby to assist with product development, ensuring our garments are exactly what the consumer needs!

As a result of such developments, new performance enhancing technologies such as PerformeX - our very own moisture management system - have been introduced to our range. Our continued work with clubs and individuals heavily involved in their respective sports means the future for Samurai and our customers looks very bright indeed.

As you look through the brochure I feel positive that you will experience a selection of multisport products, fabrics and options that are second to none. Every member of the Samurai team is passionate and dedicated to delivering the best product, in the fastest possible time, at the most competitive price we can offer. MADE TO ORDER

Colour ChartWe are unable to stock all colours in all available fabrics and therefore have a defined standard colour range and in addition a range that is identified as our special colour range. Special colour fabrics often have longer lead times and are also price and quantity sensitive, please take note of this when ordering. Our standard colour fabrics are normally readily available for our bespoke manufacturing process.

Fabrics not shown as being stocked in the colour of your choice can be sourced, however minimum order quantities will apply. Many Samurai garments are enhanced with the use of piping or textile tape. Piping and textile tape is available in all 22 colours. Both are excellent ways of incorporating special colours into your bespoke garment without having to meet high minimum order quantities.

Sublimation ProcessSublimation printing is the process where we create an all over design for your garment. This printing process is a transfer method created by a heat process. The design is placed onto special inkjet paper. The paper and fabric is then fed through our sublimation machine where the transfer process takes place. The ink/design is then transferred onto the fabric. The colour is now part of the fabric and not just fixed to the surface, it does not fade, peel or crack.

The sublimation process enables almost any design to be produced with excellent colour and clarity definition. This exciting and unlimited process adds a new dimension to sporting apparel. The latest sublimation techniques will enable your club to be the best dressed on or off the pitch. All 9 of our fabrics used in sublimation have our exclusive Performex moisture management system, you are assured of a garment which is cool, comfortable and quick drying.

The size chart is a general guide only - sizes do vary depending on the cut and style of the garment. If you find you measure inbetween the measurements shown you should order the next size up. Samurai size guides work to a 5% size variation tolerance due to garments being bespoke manufactured.

Garment Care

Leisure Garments

Always look for the garment care label and follow the washing instructions. Washing machines, powders and fabrics are specially manufactured to ensure that when washed at the right temperature your clothes will come out looking their best time after time.

(Pre soak may be necessary.)

Drying (Do not tumble dry)

Always check the care label to see whether a garment can be tumble dried. We recommend natural drying with most Samurai garments. For best results pull garment into shape when damp.

Ironing

The iron symbols advise the optimum temperature at which to iron. The dots represent the recommended iron temperature; the more dots the hotter the iron.

Match Garments

Wash match play garments promptly. Do not allow mud or stains to set. Do not leave wet or dirty jerseys in kit or gym bags where smells and permanent stains will develop. The sooner you pre-treat and launder the muddy or stained clothes, the better the results will be. If a stain is not removed in washing we would suggest:

1. Do not let garments dry out as this will set the stain. 2. Soak the stain in a pre-wash. In the case of severe staining it may be necessary to apply a stain remover directly to the affected area. Then launder again. 3. Do not dry a garment until the stain is removed. Once the stain is removed launder as per usual.

Returns Policy

Samurai International Ltd will always aim to deliver your vision. Unfortunately we are only as good as the information we are given, as part of the bespoke ordering process we require our customers to check both the sales order acknowledgements and graphics thoroughly before confirming an order. However much we would like to help, once an order has been confirmed there is nothing that can be done to amend the situation. In terms of stock deliveries we do not offer sale or return but if an incorrect product has been despatched to you, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery and the correct goods will be despatched. We do not accept and cannot process any returns efficiently without a returns number and accompanying documentation. The above procedure must be met in order for a customer to receive a credit or replacement.
