    About this valveThe Mller type 618 industrial VIPR sets new standards with its new innovative design. It is equipped with a two stage regulating unit including safety valve and RPV function. The regulating unit has a patented balanced system allow-ing you to change the fl ow settings by applying a constant torque. Pressure gauge and fl ow meter are incorporated into the main valve body for better protection. For easy maintenance of the regulating unit, the main valve can be shut off and the complete unit can be replaced without further disassembly.

    The valve is manufactured in Denmark on state of the art manufacturing equipment, and the quality is monitored throughout the entire process. The valve is assembled on a automated assembly line using Helium as media for accurate leak testing. The valve is subjected to a 100% functional test on the assembly line with complete records of all test results, ensuring full data traceability. When the valve has passed all tests on the assembly line, it is allocated a unique serial number relating to the recorded test data, giving you a world class industrial VIPR!

    About this valveThe Mller Pressure Reduction Valve type 616 for industrial use offers a new innovative design for pack or single cylinder applications. The valve is equipped with a regulating unit, safety valve and RPV function, and it is approved for 300 bar Inert and Oxygen service. The possibility to fi ll through the 300 bar fi lling connection and take out 70 bar at the low pressure side with your existing regulator gives a unique cost saving opportunity. Upgrade your 200 bar bundles to 300 bar without complications for your customers.

    The regulating unit of the valve has a high fl ow capacity compared to its size and is preset at 70 bar +/- 10 bar. For single cylinder applications, the valve can be used without a permanent protection guard (cylinder package 100kg).

    The valve is manufactured on state of the art machinery, and the quality is monitored throughout the entire process. The fi nal product is subjected to a 100% functional test after assembly ensuring you a world class Pressure Reduction Valve!

    ABOUT TYPE 400 REGULATOR: High fl ow dome regulator for 300 bar or 200 bar inlet pressure Developed especially for laser applications, mining and offshore

    where high fl ow and purging with nitrogen is needed A 3 stage pilot regulator ensures a constant pilot pressure from

    full cylinder pressure to almost empty gas package The main regulator is a balanced type, and when the gas usage is

    non-return function, ensuring a residual pressure of approx. 3.0 bar, preventing the pack from being emptied.
