The collision On his way home, 5 p.m., sunny Deer ran into the road at full tilt He had a fraction of a second to react Applied brakes, started to swerve Deer collided with front wheel Bike and deer both went down

pavement at 50 mph) Road rash: a silver-dollar-sized strawberry

on knee, dime-sized on my left wrist Broken shoulder, torn ligament and

muscles (elbow on extended arm hit pavement straight-on)
