The Grace Chandelier

Central to each Morpheus design scheme is the individual story, born of the client’s dream. Personal and compelling, each dream informs the interior design and evokes the unique spirit of every project.

Thoughtful arrangement coupled with carefully considered detail and finishes create a patina which subtly reflects the intangible aspects of a project- a building’s history, its environment and not least the romance of a client’s original inspiration.

One such example is the Grace Chandelier, an installation piece commissioned by Morpheus from internationally renowned Czech glass artisans, Lasvit.

The chandelier will be installed in the Morpheus design of ‘THIRTY NINE, Monte Carlo’, Monaco’s only luxury private members’ health, wellness and lifestyle club which is situated on Avenue Princess Grace.

The elegant Grace Chandelier takes inspiration from the bouquet carried by Her Serene Highness Princess Grace on her wedding day to Prince Rainier III.

As one of the only elements of this private club visible from the Avenue, the Grace Chandelier acts as a landmark beacon, paying homage to the heritage of its exceptional location and glamorous history.

The Pavilion Dining Room

As part of a turnkey design scheme for a large penthouse apartment, Morpheus was asked to create a dining room featuring the finest details and elements from the penthouse’s exquisite interior design.

Morpheus set about both combining and juxtaposing geometric architectural forms with softened organic decorative elements to create a sophisticated aesthetic.

Incorporating highly polished fixtures and finishes offset by a calming colour palette and a luxurious material selection, the Pavilion dining room strikes a perfect balance between masculine symmetry and feminine fluidity.

The result is a holistic scheme which truly encapsulates the Morpheus design ethos.
