• 79% drop in active membership • More than 40 competitors lost to other clubs

in two seasons. • Our Clubs facilities needed major work. • Serious disconnect between the Junior &

Senior areas of the club

Changes Made

• Training squads went from Elite to all. • Actively encouraged parents to train with

their kids • Started an annual Training Camp. • Started our own Swimming Squad.
