Bookstore Advance Purchase Program (BAPP)

Allows students receiving financial aid to purchase their textbooks & supplies in advance of the first day of classes, prior to financial aid awards being disbursed

BAPP Criteria

To qualify you must: Have financial aid of at least $100 in excess

of all charges on your student account Be enrolled at least half-time (minimum 6

credit hours) Check OASIS prior to the start of each term

to see if you qualify

Pre-Paid Tuition Plan Pays for approximately 75% tuition Remaining fees are considered local fees

Pre-Paid Housing Plan Pays for costs associated with specified on-campus residence halls

You can use both programs at the same time.

Each semester:

1. FL Pre-Paid is applied to the student account first

2. Bright Futures funds are disbursed to the student account after the end of the first week of classes

3. Excess funds remaining after tuition has been paid will be applied to other charges posted to your student account

The 2008-09 tuition rate for undergraduate Florida residents is estimated to be $130.55 per credit hour plus a $37 flat fee

Take a copy of your Pre-Paid card to the University Controller’s Office in the Administration Building (ADM) Room 125

Contact the Florida Pre-Paid Program at 1-800-552-4723 for further details

Tuition differential charge will be removed after activation of Florida Pre-Paid account in ADM 125.
