    August 30, 2011 Monday s highs st radd led 11,491 Dow an d 1210.7 SPX

    The major equity averages reached new post-FOMC trading range highs on Monday except

    Dow Transports; 4687.30 on 8/15, and 362.99 on 8/12 SOX. Tomorrow is month end, whichmeans that we need to have closes in August above my annual pivots at 11,491 Dow and 1210.SPX. The yield on the 10-Year US Treasury appears set to rise towards its post-FOMC high at2.360. Gold has daily and weekly risky levels at $1853.7 and $1907.5. If crude oil stays its 200-week simple moving average at $83.85 the target on its daily chart is the 50-day / 200-dayDeath Cross resistance at $91.86 and $95.16. The euro vs the dollar appears ready for a testof its semiannual risky levels at 1.4752 and 1.4872. Supports for the Dow Industrial Average arethe 200-day and 120-day simple moving averages at 10,716 and 10,572 with the 50-day and 200day simple moving averages as that Death Cross at 11,936 and 11,988.

    10-Year Note (2.277) Semiannual, weekly, annual and quarterly value levels are 2.414, 2.428, 2.690and 3.053 with daily, weekly and semiannual risky levels at 2.207, 1.914 and 1.672.

    Comex Gold ($1788.4) Quarterly, semiannual and monthly value levels are $1655.8, $1644.8 and$1604.1 with daily and weekly risky levels at $1838.5 and $1907.5.

    Nymex Crude Oil ($87.44) My daily value level is $82.47 with the 200-week SMA at $83.85, aweekly pivot at $86.56, the 50-day / 200 day death cross at $91.86 and $95.16, my annual pivots at$99.91 and $101.92 and quarterly and semiannual risky levels at $102.40 and $103.92.

    The Euro (1.4509) Weekly and quarterly value levels are 1.4153 and 1.3728 with a daily pivot at1.4415, and semiannual risky levels at 1.4752 and 1.4872.

    S&P 500 (1210.1) Weekly, daily and Semiannual value levels are 1138.7, 1135.9, 981.3 and 855.7with my annual pivot at 1210.7, the 50-day and 200-day SMAs death cross at 1259 and 1284, andquarterly and annual risky levels are 1467.0 and 1562.9.

    NASDAQ (2562) Weekly, daily, annual and semiannual value levels are 2430, 2379, 2335, 2199 and2049 with the 50-day and 200-day SMAs death cross at 2658 and 2704, and quarterly and annualrisky levels at 3109 and 3243.

    NASDAQ 100 (NDX) (2224) Daily, semiannual and annual value levels are 2074, 1951, 1861 and1723 with a weekly pivot at 2148, the 50-day and 200-day SMAs death cross at 2268 and 2284, andannual risky level at 2590.

    Dow Transports (4619) Weekly, daily and semiannual value levels are 4221, 4219 and 3868 withmy semiannual pivot at 4335, 50-day and 200-day SMAs death cross at 5026 and 5137, and annualrisky level at 5179.

    Russell 2000 (724.65) Weekly, daily and semiannual value levels are 663.88, 664.12, 577.47 and530.04 with the 50-day and 200-day SMAs death cross at 772.03 and 794.86 and annual risky level at784.16.

    The SOX (358.44) Daily, weekly, annual and semiannual value levels are 330.96, 319.35, 270.98,258.97 and 204.67 with the 50-day and 200-day SMAs death cross at 379.40 and 416.72 andquarterly and annual risky levels at 493.22 and 531.14.

    Equity Fundamentals Stocks are undervalued. 79.9% of all stocks are undervalued / 20.1% of all stocks are overvalued. In March 2009, 91.1%

    of all stocks were undervalued.
