Momoto International Speedway Circuit will be a totally new kind of Motorcycle , Go-Kart &

Car track facilities that many riders/drivers have been waiting to come along.

MOMOTO is ready to manage the existing Circuit with the help of State Government of

Melaka (PKNM). The existing Circuit will be transform into international standard and willcater Go-Kart track, Superbikes, Supercars & Drift. In future we are aiming to hostInternational Events such as World Superbike Champion, World Supermotard & ExtremeMoto X. As for Go-Kart, we have to co-ordinate with AAM and MAM to organise suchevents.

We aim to create a truly world class regional superbike hub , catering local andinternational superbike enthusiast. We aim to put Melaka City as one of global premierSuperbike lifestyle destination.

At this present moment, plans are being undertaken for acollaboration with Motorsport Association of Malaysia (MAM) and theMinistry of Youth and Sports Malaysia, established for the purpose ofdeveloping and growing motor sport in Malaysia, to jointly promoteand develop motorsport industry at national level which includes anational go kart challenge comprising of inter state championship.

To jointly develop a go kart driving academy with participants comingat as early as primary school level in order to discover future

potential world class driver and racer. Strengthening of Malaysian brand

The term cafe racer is still used to describe motorcycles of a certainstyle and some motorcyclists still use this term in self-description.Worthy of mentioning here is that an entire new sub-culture hasevolved since the heyday of the Rockers. The 'cafe racers', a term thatexisted in the 1950s and 1960s to refer to bike riders of the race track,but is used now to describe motorcycle riders who chooseclassic/vintage British, German, Italian, or Japanese motorbikes from

the 50s-to late 1970s as their bike of choice, over other styles of bikes. Our Caf Racer, unlike any typical specialty caf/bistro, provides a

unique combination of excellent food and value pricing with a fun andentertaining ambiance. Caf Racer is essentially the answer to anincreasing demand of the public: 1.) high value for money; 2.) non-acceptance of anything that does not meet their expectations; and 3.)entertaining atmosphere along with a unique dinning experience.

The additional facilities are major attractions for superbikeenthusiasts to experience full spectrum of the superbikelifestyle.

Melaka City truly offers a strategic location, catching acatchment area of superbike enthusiasts from Malaysia,

Singapore, Brunei and Indonesia. Bikers from neighboringcountries are known to frequent Malaysia as one their bikingdestination.

Special events such as annual World SBK, SuperMotardChampionship and International Go-Kart Championship can be

main attraction to promote the circuit.

Our marketing strategy is simple; Give customer what they want! We will letconsumers know we have what they want and at a fair price. In order to achieve thiswe will position ourselves as complete and direct brand distributor to achieve verycompetitive pricing advantage.

The obvious advantage is our complete line of product offering and services. With fullrange of services and through our direct contacts with manufacturers, we will be ableto give enthusiasts full range access of products at the most competitive price in theregion.

Apart from the traditional media medium such as TV, magazines and newspapermedium, we will promote the Circuit through other methods. We believe that ourtarget market is a affluent, diverse and successful l bunch and we will reach out tothem by being visible in all motorsport events. We will have a race trailer at everymajor race in the area as well as at the national events to promote the Circuit.

We will also sponsor a team to promote the brand which is a popular and effectivemarketing strategy in other part of the world. To cite an example, Air Asia has recentlysponsored a superbike team on a short term basis to compete in United Kingdom. Wewill approach like minded corporation who is keen to build our superbike communityinto a truly global standing.

Additional tie ins with major superbike brands will also be on our strategy. Globalsuperbike brands are keen to expand their presence in this region and have expressed

their interest to come on board with our idea.

Location is a very big key element to any business, which is why Momoto InternationalSpeedway Circuit has precisely chosen its location in an area that has a high demand forour product.

Momoto International Speedway Circuit will be located in Melaka InternationalMotorsport Circuit.

As far as the track is concerned, this location will attract many customers. The near

vicinity from the highway makes it highly accessible and easy to find, which will furtherdistinguished us from other traditional circuit on the region.

We find that MIMC has got all the facility for an international circuit venue.Tipped to bethe largest of its kind in South East Asia, the RM9.9mil MIMC circuit is located on a 35hasite, with 1.7km long and 10m wide racetracks. It also has two-tier grand stands with800 seats, office, ticketing booths, operation room, service and inspection area, clinicand pit-stops for each racing team.The circuit comes with state of the art technologies

and facilities and was built not only for go-kart racing but also other motorsports likemotorcycle and car races/drifting.

We aim to establish ourselves as premier motoring centre. We aim to be ISO certifiedcentre in near future as our commitment for quality and excellence. We aim speedlovers and teenagers will come here to enjoy themselves instead of involving inunhealthy activities or riding dangerously on the road and to boost-up tourism for thestate of Melaka as one of the Motorsports Enthusiast spot.
