Job Responsibilities: Design and Drafts HVAC layouts. Preparation of Plans, Sections, Details, Schematic layout. Preparation of MEP wall builders work, Roof builders work, below rise floor coordination and sleeve

drawings. Preparation of Co-ordinations drawings by connecting all MEP services of each floor. Preparing plant room plans like chiller room, Pump room, AHU’s room & and sections Report to Project Manager or Project MEP Engineer and update the drawings with specification and

tender drawings. Submitting the HVAC drawings to consultant or to main contractor for approval. Complying comments received from consultant or main contractor, revising and resubmitting and follow

up with consultant for approval Visiting site and consulting with site engineers or site supervisors to prepare the as built layouts. Preparing As-Built and Co-ordination layout as per the existing site installation for MEP. Reporting and discussing with the senior engineer regarding progress of MEP drawings for claiming

variation.
