THE BEGINNINGIn 2008, a group of engineering leaders in the lumber industry, were approach by an oilfield service company in Northern Alberta. These engineers were asked to develop a data acquisition system that would generate a concise and easy to understand job report based on collected data from the service truck they operate.
After working closely with the service truck manufacturer to develop the first ever system, the request for a dozen more systems proved that there was a high demand for these advanced and robust data acquisition systems and the flagship MobileDAS™ was born.
