Procedure of TiEcon App

Once the application is downloaded on to the mobile phone, the user can enter information such as the name, contact number, email address and company, and save it.

This information goes into the iCard, which can then be transferred to a contact by just holding the mobile in your hand and bringing it into contact with the other person’s mobile.

With this process, there is no danger of business cards being misplaced as it is stored on the mobile phone and can be accessed at any time using the app.

TiE Connect also has a range of other useful features. For instance, an entrepreneur can use the application to search and select other participants by category (mentor, investor, partner, service provider, and prospective team member), industry (BPO, clean technology, education, engineering, HR recruitment and many others) or person name.

Similarly, there is a Request for Meeting feature that allows the user to select a person by industry, category or name, and send a meeting request by inputting the date and time.

Once a person gets a meeting request on his mobile phone, he has the option of accepting or ignoring the request. If a meeting request is accepted, it shows up on the list of scheduled meetings to help the user manage his time better and to prevent overlap of meetings. Until a request is accepted or ignored, it shows up on the Pending Requests list.
