Raw material preparation.

A mix is only as good as the reliability, accuracy and

correctness of the recipe prepation and dosing of the

ingredients. The fully automatic preparation of pre-

weighed batches guarantees that your raw material

can be processed hygienically and without loss.

Mixes with liquids.

For many premixes and ready mixes, adding fats and

oils is required. We have many years of experience in

this area and our chopper mixer ensures that up to

30 percent liquid / pasty ingredients are worked into

the mixture completely and evenly.

Dry mixes.

The paddle mixer is suitable for mixes with low amounts

of liquids, such as pure flour mixes or also for friable

products. The vertical mixing principle and the large

outlet enable short mixing cycles. Its design enhances

residue free emptying.

combined with high weight accuracy. Whether manual

or automatic, the different system versions allow us

to customize all solutions to your needs.

The batch mixer Sanimix makes it possible to rapidly and homogeneously mix powder, flakes and granulates. Paddle and chopper versions with volumes of 500 – 4000 liters and many other options enable customization for individual customer needs.

Chopper mixer Sanimix MRMA-C.

The Sanimix chopper mixer with plough shear and chopper

knives is particularly well suited for special mixes incorporating

liquid, pasty or solid ingredients. Up to four chopper knives

ensure intensive size reduction and thorough blending of the

individual ingredients.

The chopper mixer not only works for complex premix and

ready mix formulas for bread, cakes and specialty bakery

products, but also for soup and ice cream powders. It mixes

with maximum sanitation and consistent, homogeneous

mixing quality.

Paddle mixer Sanimix MRMA-P.

The Sanimix paddle mixer is suited for dry mixes such as flour

or spice mixes. The paddles mix diverse types of product

quickly and gently.

An optional injection system enables up to 5 % of liquids to

be added.
