● Leads enter Dealer Socket● Leads are distributed Round Robin to MB and

Saraho unless we are off. Whoever is the only one

working when the other is off gets all leads that day.

● Automated responders kick in● Calls, emails, texts● If prospect is interested, go to front desk for

pencilo This takes a long time. Desk is less motivated

than if prospect is here.
