The Parish Youth Ministry have special meeting on June 24, 2015 at Mcdonalds, B. Morcilla St.

Brgy. Poblacion, Pateros, Metro Manila. The meeting started exactly 10:15 in the morning with

the opening prayer of Kuya Karl Joshua Besilla.

Agenda:

Pasig Diocesan Youth Ministry –  Youth Director’s Night The Diocesan Youth Ministry was communicating to Kuya Roden the changes in the

schedule and venue for YDN due that Sta. Marta Parish will not be available on the saiddate. The PDYM ask the permission of Rev. Fr. Roy M. Rosales that the YDN will be

hold at the San Roque Parish on June 27, 2015.  

a.  Schedule and Venue: June 27, 2015 (Saturday) from 7:00 –  9:30 in the evening at

San Roque Parish, Pateros, Metro Manila.

 b.  Program (as formulated by PDYM Core Group)

7:00 –  8:00 Registration

Opening PrayerWelcoming by Host Parish (either Parish Priest or

Parish Youth Coordinator)

8:00 –  8:15 Greetings and Animation

8:15 –  8:45 Talk of Fr. Joeffrey Brian V. Catuiran, PDYM YouthDirector

8:45 –  9:00 Sharing (will serve the simple snacks)

9:00 –  9:30 Announcement for Diocesan Youth Activities

Closing Prayer and Final BlessingHome sweet home

c.  The group also suggested that the food can be Filipino merienda (kakanin, puto etc.)or Filipino street food. As the Diocesan Core Group approved the food in charge

can proceed to Filipino merienda.

d.1 Secretariat c/o Ate Joyce Anne Miranda, Ate Mary Christine Vargas and AteCristine Mae Reyes.

+  Task: the secretariat will be located near on the entrance of PCS Ground and

the committee will assist the youth on registration per vicariate.d.2 Logistic c/o Kuya Djesusrael Melcheaor Omaña, Kuya Karl Joshua Besilla andKuya John Marie Idava

+  Task: the logistic will be in charge for the set up for the venue and assist onoperating the sound system.

d.3 Food c/o Ate Almera Perez and Ate Grace Huerto

+  Task: will prepare and serve the evening snacks.

d.4 Ushering c/o Kuya Roden Mansueto and Ate Pauline Joy Miranda+  Task:  will assured that every youth will be accommodate and assist them

 properly.d.5 the group suggested that Ate Nikki Marie Varona and Kuya Nicko Vargas will be

the Emcce for the said event.d. 6 Animation will be “When Jesus say Yes nobody can say No”  

NOTE:

1.  Suggested persons on the said committees are encouraged to confirm on June 25,

2015 if they willing to share this gifts on the said event. For those leaders who would

also help you are welcome just communicated to me on June 25, 2015.

2.  Everyone is invited to attend and participate the event.

3. 

Those suggested persons on the said tasks, who will confirm that they will attendand participate will be encourage to come 6:00 in the evening for the preparation

and final instructions.

OTHER MATTERS:

+  As per of Kuya Patrick Del Rosario, the PCS CIE department will have a parish involvement program that will be required in the particular grade level.

He will coordinate to Kuya Roden for the Youth Orgs/Ministries Directory tocommunicate the said program.

+  As counter part of PCS on one of the activities line up for Bicentennial Year

of our parish which is Feeding of 200 children and giving of 200 groceries onAugust 8 and 13, 2015. The PYM is encouraged to assist for the said

activities.
