The new comprehensive legal framework on geothermal will improve the investment climate and enhanced investor confidence: New Geothermal Law (Amandment of Law 27/2003 on Geothermal)

Revision of GR 59/2007 on Geothermal Business Activities

Revision of MR No 11/2009 on Guidelines for Implementation of Geothermal Business

MR No. 17/214 on Geothermal Energy Tariff (revision of MR 22/2012).

On-Going Geothermal Projects And Investment Opportunities: 52 Projects are in pipeline;

Commercial Operation Date (COD) of 3 projects (62 MW);

25 WKPs are going to be tendered;

12 on going preliminary survey assignments on new prospect area.
