FESTIVAL CITY As the summer festival season comes to an end in most cities, Rotterdam carries on the party throughout the autumn and beyond! There’s always something to see, do, eat or listen to in Rotterdam. With two large festival weekends in September, one centred around the harbour and the other around the start of the new cultural season, the fall gets off to a great start. Add to that the World Food Festival, which takes place over five weeks into October, plus various (alternative) music, arts and dance festivals, and you might begin to wonder when the people of this harbour city find the time to work so hard as they do. Go and see for yourself!
