I've always had an interest in technology. Sincejoining Caspian One in 2014, I've built myreputation around understanding the marketsin-which I work; whilst providing an open,transparent recruitment  service for thebusinesses and people I work with. My successand progression at Caspian One is basedupon established relationships within the C#.NET communities. I've gained a reputation forconsistently delivering, for both clients andcandidates; with an analytical and intelligentapproach to recruitment. I get a huge amount ofsatisfaction from finding a candidate the perfectjob, or an ideal engineer for my top tierInvestment Banking, Hedge Fund and FinTechclients. 

Outside of work I'll be on the ski slopes throughwinter - and when the season doesn't allow, Ioften spend time in the gym, paddle-boarding orplaying squash.
